These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of worklab.ae (the "Site") and any services provided by Worklab ("we", "us"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Worklab provides business setup, corporate, branding, and PRO services for companies operating or planning to operate in the United Arab Emirates. Service scopes, deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in individual engagement letters or proposals signed between Worklab and the client.

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. UAE laws and regulations change frequently; always confirm specific requirements with us or a licensed advisor before acting.

Fees quoted on the Site (e.g., AED 1,500/month for PRO Services Starter) are indicative and may vary based on scope, number of employees, business activity, and government fees, which are charged at cost. A formal proposal will be issued before any engagement commences.

Government fees (license, visa, attestation, etc.) are paid by the client directly to the relevant authority or reimbursed to Worklab at cost.

• Provide accurate, complete information and documents in a timely manner
• Cooperate with government requirements and procedural timelines
• Pay fees in accordance with the agreed proposal or invoice
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Worklab name, and software, is owned by Worklab or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Worklab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify Worklab against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or services.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the signed proposal. Worklab reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for misuse or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
