Why Outsource Your PRO Services?
Save 40-60% on Costs
Eliminate the overhead of a full-time PRO employee: salary, benefits, training, and government access cards.
Complete Transparency
Every government fee is passed through at cost with the official receipt attached. You always see exactly what was paid, to whom, and why.
You Hear About Rule Changes First
Visa regulations and government rules in the UAE change often. When a change affects your business, we tell you promptly and explain what you need to do about it.
Zero Compliance Risk
Our team stays current with every MOHRE, GDRFA, and DET regulation change. No fines, no missed deadlines.
Faster Processing
Established relationships with government departments mean faster approvals and fewer rejections.
Scale On Demand
Hiring 50 people this quarter? Downsizing next quarter? Your PRO capacity scales with your needs.
What changed this year
UAE labour rules moved twice in 2026 already. Every client on a retainer was told what applied to them, and by when.
Wage Protection System rewritten
Cabinet Resolution No. 340 of 2026 replaced the 2022 WPS rules. Wages are due on the first day of each month, and at least 85% of total payroll must clear WPS on time, raised from 80%.
Emiratisation reaches 10%
Mainland companies with 50 or more skilled employees owe a second 1% increase in Emirati skilled roles this half, taking them to 10% overall. Each unfilled role carries a monthly contribution of AED 9,000.
Escalation is now automated
Payroll delays are tracked from day one. Warnings arrive on day two, new work permits are suspended by day five, and fines with establishment reclassification follow around day eleven.

Frequently Asked Questions
PRO (Public Relations Officer) services handle all interactions between your business and UAE government agencies: visa processing, trade license renewals, labour card management, document attestation, and regulatory compliance with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and DET.
Our monthly retainer packages start from AED 1,500/month for companies with 0–15 employees and AED 3,500/month for companies with 15–40 employees. Companies above 40 employees are priced individually. Government fees are charged separately at cost with full transparency.
Only the price. Every package covers the identical scope of work, including a dedicated account manager, monthly reports, and regulation updates. What changes is the size of your team, because a company with 40 employees generates far more government transactions than one with five. Pick the tier that matches your headcount.
We monitor MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and DET announcements continuously. When a regulation changes in a way that affects your company, we notify you promptly and tell you exactly what action is required and by when. You never have to track this yourself.
Mainland private sector companies with 50 or more skilled employees must raise Emiratis in skilled roles by 2% across the year, 1% by 30 June and a further 1% by 31 December 2026, reaching 10% overall. Every unfilled Emirati role carries a monthly contribution of AED 9,000, and MOHRE monitors progress continuously rather than only at the deadline. We track your ratio against your skilled headcount and flag a shortfall before it becomes a contribution.
Cabinet Resolution No. 340 of 2026 took effect on 1 June 2026 and replaced the 2022 WPS rules. Wages for the previous month are now due on the first day of each month, and at least 85% of total payroll must clear WPS on time, raised from 80%. Enforcement is automated: warnings on day two, new work permits suspended by day five, then fines and establishment reclassification from around day eleven. We monitor your WPS file each cycle so a delay never reaches the permit-freeze stage.
Every month you receive a written summary of all applications processed, anything still in progress, renewals coming up in the next quarter, and a full cost breakdown with official government receipts attached for every fee paid on your behalf.
Standard employment visa processing (entry permit to Emirates ID) takes 7–15 working days. Priority processing through select free zones can reduce this to 3–7 days. We handle the entire process from start to finish.

No. Our retainer packages are designed to fully replace an in-house PRO function. You get a dedicated PRO officer, government access, and compliance coverage without the overhead of a full-time employee.
